How does Bodyhack work?
The idea is that you pick a program based on a person who has a real "before" photo that is similar to what you look like now, and who's "after" photo is what you want to look like; for example, a women who was size 14 and managed to get to a size 10 in 12 weeks. You then sign-up and pay to access the complete plan. You will have full access to her daily meal plan and full exercise plan; even her sleep time, hydration and supplements. Print out the exercise plan and diet plan, stick it on your fridge, and follow it. We suggest that you take a photo at the start of challenge, and also take weekly measurements to see if you are progressing at the same rate of the person you are following.

How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
If you are not happy with the level of information you get from Bodyhack then simply email julian@bodyhack.com and let me know why you are not happy, and your first month’s payment will be refunded. You must let me know within 30 days of your initial payment.

Isn’t it more expensive to buy “healthy” foods?
In our experience you will probably spend less per week on food and drink; this is because you will be eating out less often, eating less take-away, and drinking less alcohol.

Is payment per fitness plan?
Yes, that is correct. We believe that users will follow just one plan at a time so it shouldn’t affect the majority of users. We charge per plan for two main reasons: 1) It stops someone getting full access to our database of plans for commercial reasons (we will be adding an "enterprise price plan" shortly), and secondly, we would like to revenue-share with the person who created the plan.

Can I still drink alcohol on this plan?
You can but the results will take longer to achieve. Most people will drink alcohol several times during a challenge due to unavoidable events such as weddings, birthdays, etc. The main problem with alcohol is that it has a lot of calories, has no nutritional value, and often leads to binging on junk food. So please avoid; your body will thank you.

What is the best way to measure body fat?
There are several ways to measure body fat but we recommend using Skin Fold Calipers; they are pretty accurate, repeatable, easy to use in your own home, and, more importantly, cheap to buy. You can read more here: 5 ways to measure body fat percentage.

Do I need to go to a gym?
The simple answer is, no, you don't, but it does depend on the specific plan you want to follow and what fitness equipment you have at home. Currently our two live plans do require access to a gym or a good home gym. But in the future we will provide fitness plans that can be completed at home with zero equipment.

How expensive will the supplements be?
Supplements are optional, but on our "what to buy" page (found on each program page) we provide a list of top quality supplements and a cheaper alternative for those on a tight budget. One supplement we highly recommend you buy is whey protein; this typically costs about £80 for a three month supply, but prices do vary greatly.

I have just purchased a program, what next?
Go to the program page you purchased and click on the "exercise and meal plan" tab. This will show you the complete week-by-week plan; print this out then stick it to your fridge and off you go. We recommend you make a list of all the stuff you will need (that is not currently in your cupboards) then do a shop, so that you have everything for at least the next week; then you can start the next day.
